Hi! I would like to seek assistance on how can I convert the dataset from 'weakly balanced' to 'strongly balanced'. I double-checked the data and the time variable and country names are consistent. I tried to use the code 'spbalance, balance' but the entire dataset gets deleted every time. Attached the codes and dataset. Thank you!
