A year ranges from January to December. However, I would like to create a custom fiscal year (FY) that starts October 1 of the previous year and ends on September 30 of the index year e..g FY21 (starts in October 1, 2020 and ends September 30, 2021).

I intend to use this year in searching for dates that fall into these fiscal years (FYs).
