Hello Stata users,
I am trying to perform the mediation analysis.
Combined indirect effects of mediators are calculated using - ldecomp- command (ldecomp outcome_binary age sex ethnicity education bmi, direct(treat_binary) indirect(mediator1 mediator2 mediator3 mediator4 mediator5 mediator6 mediator7 mediator8 mediator9) or rindirect obspr reps(1000) . Now I would like to calculate indirect effect through each mediator(s) as shown in the example table. I would really appreciate it if anyone may help me with this.
Thank you very much
