Dear members,
I have an unbalanced panel data on companies and their financial accounts for 15 years. I would like to identify those firms which paid dividends after at least five years of not paying them (so I need also those which started paying after more than five years of not paying). I have a dividend dummy indicating 1 if they paid for that particular year, and 0 otherwise. I am getting familiar with the tsspell command as I suppose that one should be used.
I would really appreciate help on this!
Thanks in advance,
Jovana
