I have a balanced panel data of life satisfaction for 1607 individuals across three years (2014, 2016, 2018).

I'd like to create a transition matrices for life satisfaction between two years: (2014,2016), (2014, 2018) and (2016, 2018)

Here is the example table that I would like to make
Life satisfaction 2016

I'm using xttrans command but I'm not clear how to interpret it.

Could you please tell me how can I make the above transition matrix? and if possible, to make transition matrices in bar charts, too.
