I collected data to measure the effectiveness of a government educational program on poverty reduction. The program started in 2012 and ended in 2018. The individuals who received an educational program considered the treatment group whereas controlled group was those who didn't received it. I developed the questionnaire in a way that derives answers based on individual perception before and after the program. My outcome variable is the Likert scale and can be converted to an index e.g., poverty index. Now with cross-sectional data, which method will be more appropriate DID or Propensity Score in Stata?
