hello,
I want a barplot describing the prevalence of a bacteria by country and by site (rural/urban)
here is my code
cibar bacteria , over2 (pays) over1(site)
Attached is my figure.
I want to keep the same order: by country and by site.
Howver, I want each country in the same color (Madagascar=red, Cambodia: blue and Senegal=black)
and then to differentiate urban and rural sites, I want to put gridded areas.
I tried so many option but fail to succed.
Anyone can help please? I would be very gratefull!
