Good morning, first of all these are the first times I am using Stata, so this could be a very elementary question but I have not been able to find the answer on the forum. I have a dataset that contains information about equity mutual funds and has numerous variables such as size, flow, inceptiondate, return. I have to compute flows in percentage of the fund size by scaling flows by the fund size in the prior quarter. There are also gaps on the time series. Can you help me figuring out how to do it? Thank you very much.
