Hi All,
My dependent variable has three options: "No preference", "Prefer A", "Prefer B". I would like to run a mlogit to explore how respondents' characteristics affect their choice. As the two options "Prefer A" and "Prefer B" have the same probability when "No preference" is selected, I would like to give y=0.5 to both choices "Prefer A" and "Prefer B" when "no preference" is selected. I have gone through the help files of mlogit but I could not find the right command to do so.
I would be grateful if you could give me some hints on how to run the model that I have described above.
Thank you so much in advance!
Bao
