Dear Statalist,

I hope you are well.

I got this comment (Distribution of ‘i’ more extreme for micro-businesses. Could you overlay these distributions?)

QA1: What was the average interest rate you paid for the loan? The categories are as following:
  1. 0-3% (number of the responses 51)
  2. 4-5% (number of the responses 7)
  3. 6-7% (number of the responses 13)
  4. 8-9% (number of the responses 12)
  5. Over 10% (number of the responses 0)
Is the issue about the dispersion of micro firms’ responses is away from its normal base? and How to overlay the distribution of the Micr-firms?

Is it by merging the above categories to be for instance as the following:
  1. 0-3% (number of the responses 51)
  2. 4-7% (number of the responses 20)
  3. Over 8% (number of the responses 12)
Could you please advise on how to solve the problem that is highlighted in the above comment?

Many thanks in advance

Best regards,
Rabab
