Dear Statalist,
I want to estimate the effect of endowment on charity contribution. My dependent variable " contribution" is censored $0.10 <contribution<$800. I have panel data and I'm thinking about using a Tobit random effect model using the "xttobit" code.
After getting the estimates, I was wondering what diagnostic or post-estimation model validity test should I conduct.
