I am not sure if what I am looking to do is at all possible so I am going to post my idea but I am very open to suggestions on how to visualize this.
I am hoping to plot my data in a box plot. I have 2 observations/individual and the month that the data was collected. I am hoping to visualize a graph that has A on the y axis and month on the x. I would like to have something like a boxplot (with median and IQR) on a month (for example month 1) with information for all individuals whose first visit was in that month and a line connecting to the individuals 2nd visit in whatever month that may be - since individuals whose first visit was month 1 for example will not all have the same month on their second donation I would assume there will be multiple lines coming from the boxes and connecting to other boxes.
I am not sure if this makes sense or not so I can attempt to clarify further if necessary. But I would like to be able to see some kind of summary data (mean or median etc.) of groups of individuals on their first visit and connected to their second over time. I have attached a sample of my data here:
