Fixed effect vs quantile fixed effect - different results

Hi

I find it odd that when I run my fixed effect regression only few variables are significant, but when I then run the quantile fixed effect regression (almost) everything is highly significant - also those variables that in the fixed effect were insignificant.

Have anyone experienced this before or have any potential explanation?
