OLOGIT Odds Regression doesn't include all the values for variable.

Hello all,

I attach screenshots below of two OLS regressions. The first one worked with no issues. The second one cut off the variable year (including 1-5 and not 6-8). Why did this happen and how do I get the OLOGIT regression to include all the years?
