how to assess the effects of confounders in an association

Hi everyone

I am trying to answer a question if there is a causal effect association between two variables (both are binary)
I have identified some other confounders in the association, which are binary as well
how do I assess the effect of all the confounders in the assoc
please share any idea

I want my model output to appear including ORs
please help
