help with xtset

Hello,

I have a panel data. So, I am analysing firm's earnings. However, these firm's are in different countries, and different industries, and i also have different years. I wanted to do a fixed effects model, but I dont know how to xtset the data. Should I cluster according to firm country? And then add the year and industry effect in the fixed effect model? Please help. Thanks.
