how to obtain frequencies by groups in a two-way tab?

Hi, I'm working with a dataset that has many variables. Two of them are age and gender. I want to obtain a frequencies two-way table, in which the gender appears in the columns and in the rows the age appears divided into a class interval with a range equal to 5. Any suggestion?
