Identify missing values

Hi there,
I have a dataset from a survey which has 117 variables (Q1 - Q117) which composed of both string and numeric variables. How can I create a dummy variable =1 if respondents answered ALL questions from Q 12 to Q 43?

Any advice would be appreciated.
