Repeated time values

I don't understand. Stata is giving me this error message when trying to run VAR. I checked the data and no duplicates. I also ran:
isid firm year
duplicates list firm fyear

and no duplicates were reported by Stata. Then, as I attempt to run VAR and keep getting this error message

Thoughts?
